Wasted Minds Entertainment (WME) is the brainchild of novelist and media producer, Laurie Notch. As President of WMMG, Inc., Laurie writes and produces video and print materials. Laurie is the Managing Editor of the “Adventures for the Average Woman” magazine (www.ideagems.magcloud.com) whose articles often cover the various television and film projects produced at WME. Laurie has worked as a writer and consultant in media since the 1988 Seoul Olympics. She has also lectured at universities all over the world, including Tufts University in Massachusetts. Prasanta “Kumar” Ghosh, WME’s Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer, holds a  Bachelor's degree in Accounting  and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Kumar has worked for the United States Department of Agriculture and in the private sector as a real estate broker. Kumar has published literary works whose sales go to building libraries in his homeland of India. He is also a micro-financier of women-run businesses in India. He is currently developing the magazine “Voice” for children and their parents enduring tough economic times.

Before starting his consulting practice, Got Game! Consulting, Doug Zogby, Chief Operations Officer of WME, had spent 25 years in the Property and Casualty insurance industry, holding numerous senior management positions in marketing, underwriting and operations. Throughout his management career Doug has focused on the benefits of using Game Theory as a strategic management tool. Doug graduated from the State University of NY.

Doug is an accomplished speaker, and continues to practice his craft through his membership in Toastmasters International, where he has achieved the prestigious Competent Toastmaster (CTM) Designation. He has presented to groups from ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement), CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters), BOMA (Building Owners Management Association) APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) and the State of Arizona Department of Adult and Juvenile Probation. Mary E. Regan is a native Portlander and  youngest of 8, Mary has a diverse background in media/PR,  administrative, and campaign work. With an initial career track in  journalism, Mary has since branched out to do freelance public relations promotions for various clients ranging from local artists to commercial clients through her Anyway!PR consultancy as well as her freelance subcontracted work  for BrandME Marketing in South Portland.

She has worked in many capacities within radio, TV,  and print, from running camera on a newscast, anchoring a radio news  update, or doing copy editing for a newspaper.  A versatile writer, she  can write ad copy, news copy, and press releases and can also read or  sing ad copy! Mary thrives when working to bring ideas and people  together to make things happen and is invaluable during strategy  brainstorming sessions. Ms. Regan holds a B.A. in  Communication from the University of Southern Maine. She is a lifelong  learner, having taken graduate level public policy courses at the Muskie School, and has a Certificate in Public Speaking from having taken the  Dale Carnegie Course.
